We have so many thanks to extend to you and your colleagues, it's difficult to know where to start.
However, to begin with we are absolutely thrilled and delighted with our new bathroom. We always knew of course it would be a job very well done, but it really has exceeded our expectations.
We thank you, Steve, firstly for coming and spending time helping us choose and decide which "bathroom furniture" to have, and for all the valuable advice on tiling etc. We had no idea where to start and you fully put our minds at rest.
Our next set of thanks go sincerely to Gary and all the "team" that are so professionally organised. Everything went so well, everyone slotted in - they all were such excellent workers - clean and tidy, and here on the days we were needing their help.
We were very apprehensive at having such an upheaval, especially in a smallish house but once Gary and Simon were on site we knew immediately we were in good hands.
Already we have had many compliments on the room and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sutton and East Surrey Water Services.
Once again, a huge thank you to you and please pass on our gratitude and appreciation once more to Gary and everyone who was involved in making the transformation.
